Many years ago my old dealer James Little visted the factory and told me you could eat off the floor. Sounds crazy if anyone has worked in a production environment where metal is involved. He said they had people going around spot cleaning.

There are several odd colored wheels and mismatched tires in this video. One commenter noted that the tires were only installed for transporting the finished tractors about the factory and/or for the photo shoot. The shipped tractor is placed into a metal frame/crate sans tires and wheels. Those are installed by your local dealer, who completes the final assembly.

Different brand but this is pretty much how all compact tractors get "shoved" into a container and sent to whatever market they go.

You can see them painting that transmission filter with the case. That why it's so hard to remove on the first change. I had to destroy mine to get it off.

It's not the paint, as it's only a couple microns thick. Can't really hold much.

It's the fact they over tight the filters with the seal completely dry that makes it a pain to remove.

Cool video's, thanks for posting! Ive worked in manufacturing for over 20 years and I really enjoy seeing this kind of stuff and Im impressed at how clean this facility appears to be. I have gone over my machine very closely and am impressed with its build quality and features, was one of the main reasons I chose a Kioti.
