Upgraded the backhoe for better maybe safer use on our farm. Hillsides, creeks, ponds, woods, road and utilities maintenance. Don’t need to dig that high most of the time. Working on slopes, soft ground the the taller wider pads help.
Rubber grippers for hard surfaces. Cleats for soft.

Guards protect outrigger cylinder rods. Steps help get up and down.

Welded the guard perches by making many small welds and immediately cooling with water and drying with air. Peened the welds to help relieve stress. Design is very forgiving for marginal skills.
