A breaker bar, correct socket and some 'armstrong' power is a lot less expensive.
But I thought you liked those wimpy pneumatic impacts.

Don't consider the Thor wimpy and it's the only one I own besides the IR 1" drive which is a tank and heavy. The IR is really designed for mounting and dismounting 10 hole Bud wheels. You just need a 'real' compressor to run either, one with serious CFM.

Title sounds more like one of these:

I lieu of such a compressor I suspect you'd be surprised by how good these cordless impacts are.

In reality, I have no use for a heavy hitter cordless or cordless impact as my air powered Thor with 1500 foot pounds breakaway torque will bust any nut I need busted. If it don't bust the nut, it twists off the bolt.
Your right, the DCF900 is only claiming 1400.

Here's a video from Torque Test Channel for the undecided.

Note that DeWalt is introducing a newer more powerful beast, but it will probably exceed $200.

That's a good deal. I have that one. I really like it. Great for driving in lag screws. Price around here is $349 with the battery.

I bought one a while back and it is GREAT. I never use the air impact anymore. No reason to string the hose, charge the compressor, and later drain it when I can do all the same with the battery-powered gun. Plus I don't need to be in the shop to use it. The 20v stuff has come a LONG way and making pneumatic stuff obsolete.

I have a DeWalt 60V impact and it’ll remove bush hog nuts that have been on for years. Love mine.

When you get to payment, you can choose shipping, got one on the way to me here in Atlanta , freight was $16 and some cents, was looking at these the other week, $300+ around here
Well it would not let me get to check out. It says I need to pick shipping option but the only choice is in store pick up. Guess not available for some locations?

edit: Tried again and it worked that time. I did originally add 6 AH batteries so maybe that was the problem. I will get those later.
