LOL to that article thinking they stumbled upon a great argument to weaken the 1st amendment of the bill of rights.

Many have tried, none have succeeded.

I think the point in that article, and the lawsuits mentioned, is where is the line between religious and secular. Of course religious worship is protected by the Constitution! Worship of a diety, that is, not of wealth.
