Is this a good deal?

R14 tires, 3rd function valve, KL4030 loader with 60" bucket, KB2475L backhoe with 12" bucket and thumb, telescoping links, dirt pads, rubber mats.

Cash price $30465. $33432 total payments includes credit life/comp insurance and various fees. No tax in my state.

It was cheaper than the Kubota equivalent by about $10K.

I don't think it includes loaded tires. However, they will deliver it about 65 miles at no charge.

I'd inquire about that; I'm a fan of Rim Guard, personally.

Also, 511 Designz and Broken Anvil Metalworks offer excellent grille guard inserts for the CK10, and while they advertise for Kubota, Specialty Repairs Custom Mods offers turn signal guards and a differential pedal extension that will fit the CK10's.

That's just a small start to all the ridiculous wonderful ways you can spend your money customizing your Kioti!

I wouldn't sweat the loaded tires too much. Sure it would help, my B2620 is not loaded and I have done a ton of work with it. But I always have the backhoe or some implement on it.

Then take it all off and it's light for mowing.

Got an update from the Kioti dealer this morning. They confirmed monthly payment of $417. Backhoe and subframe are en route from NC via LTL, be here any time.

This afternoon I went to a TYM/Branson dealer to look at grapples, but they didn't have a 60" clamshell type, and said they would charge freight if I back ordered one, which I thought was sort of punitive. I did a brief walk-around of the Branson 2515. The main selling point seemed to be "it's heavier!". The guy asserted emphatically that compact tractor specs are wildly inflated, and they can only lift 1/3 the weight of the tractor. The seat looked pretty weathered from sitting outside, so I'm guessing it's new old stock. I did not like the plastic fuel tank down low on the left side. With loader and backhoe: $32000, 0 down, 7.49%, $490 monthly.

It's disappointing that your Branson dealer was so, underwhelming, as the 2515 is a great tractor and has a lot more to offer than weight- especially the newest version. When I was browsing it came down to Kioti or Branson because these two 25 horsepower machines really offer more tractor than their engine would imply.

All the newer tractors have (plastic) blow molded HDPE fuel tanks now. Lighter, don't corrode either. Don't sweat that aspect.

I don't mind the plastic, it's the low-slung location below the driver platform on the Branson -- exposes it to damage and reduces ground clearance. The Kioti tank is just behind the driver's seat.

To be clear: Steady as she goes, Mr. Sulu, I'm still going with the Kioti. I only did a quick once-over on the Branson since I was already there. I was not interested in them previously, and after this I'm *definitely* not interested.

Yeah, same spot on the CK, except it's a poly tank instead of metal. I'd rather have saddled tanks with shields under them, like the DK has, but then that would make the CK about perfect, and we can't have that.

I'm with you. It's not the plastic, it's where they put it. Kubota put mine in the engine compartment. Not sure that is such a bright idea either. Much as i don't like the idea of dumping 20 gallons of diesel on the ground, dumping it onto the engine seems like a poor choice too.
At least Kubota's plastic tank is surrounded by the sturdy full steel cover they whmade to protect it.

On the filled tires - some do; I don't. There are more times I'd rather have a light tractor than a heavy one - and I can always add weight - or fill for that matter. For the price, consider wheel weights or chains if you really need traction. Chains beat anything else by a mile. Your first flat tire is guaranteed to make you rethink fill.

the payments were low but I almost made 3 payments and in
a few days I will make my last payment! By getting the low
payments if something comes up like an unexpected bill you
don't have to worry about a big payment just make the regular
payment and hopefully you have enough for the unexpected
expense.

Id say that is a good price on your Kioti. We love our CK4010SE, bought it in August of 2022 and have 110hours on it so far. No issues and it is a workhorse.

When I purchased my Kioti I ensured something similar. You never know the future, so I pay more when I can, but if it comes to it I can drop to the minimum.

Folks on here probably already know this, but zero down zero interest plans are a hat trick. The interest charges are converted to NPV and the asset is priced up accordingly. Also, the dealer can more easily push options because of the psychology of "it's only $15 more a month".

Price update: I added telescoping links and a backhoe thumb. $34949 total payments of $417 per month. Additional info for the money minded...I am 62, retired since last year, living on SS and savings, 820 credit, no mortgage, debt free. I chose financing to preserve savings.
