thinking about ordering a set of these. OEM skids very short, these look much better designed.
Once installed, should never snow again...

skids on Ariens all the way down but I sure sucked too much gravel. Now with driveway redone, hope it will be much better.
Problem is heavy wet snow, stones come up with it. Driveway is totally flat and I have awd on car; simply don't need snow removed too low.
It usually melts quickly here anyway.

I like their idea of putting front of blower on a 2x4 to keep bottom from rusting. Makes sense, you put it away wet...

27 outside this AM, heading to mid 50's. Looks to be a great day to be outside. Again.

Was out yesterday, all day, came in just after sunset. Managed to finally grab some wood from the back forty. Cut, split and stacked. Even put the equipment away. Success. Should be good for another month.

Also, managed to rearrange all the equipment parking. Everything but the Man Lift has a new spot. Need to think about another shelter for it too.

I didn't do anything yesterday and I don't plan on doing anything today either.

I found season 4 of Yellowstone, so that wasted much of my time last evening.

Upper 20's this morning. Went out on the porch to get some more wood for the stove and heard a hissing sound. I could not find anything. It would hiss every couple of seconds. I kept looking thinking a small snake. Finally, I saw it, a small bat on a piece of wood. Not sure what it was doing there but I am sure it was about dead. I will get rid of it in a few. At least now I know what hissing sound is a bat.

29 and 0vercast here in srn NH. Snow likely before 11am, then a chance of rain and snow. Cloudy, with a high near 36. Northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible, forecast for today.

Good day mates,
It is presently 35F under sunny skies after an overnight low of 32. Forecast high of 47.

Contractors due here today to start pole barn for boat storage, wood workshop and car lift area. Heading out now to do final cleanup of site. Had a bunch of small branches come down in the wind over the weekend.

After cleaning air filter chainsaw still ran rich and after 3 cuts it quit and wouldn't restart. Need to figure out what is going on with that.

Think I hit something metal in the tree with my small chainsaw as it suddenly stopped cutting well. Time to get out the files again.

Liz is talking about coming home today, need to get the place cleaned up.

No sign of mole activity by the driveway since Friday. I have hundreds of feet of mole hills, amazing to think one mole could do all that.
