Remove brush guard bolts-Kioti ck2610 (actually bobcat 2025)?

Hey all, wanting to weld some expanded metal to my brush guard. 4 bolts hold unit to tractor frame. These bolts are not secured by nuts, but simply deadend in the frame...and they are tight! I mean putting all I dare on my good 1/2" socket, can't move em. I'm laying ony back underneath with great leverage and I think I might break some ribs if one of those bolts would start to spin!

Any ideas what a guy's got to do to get these 4 bolts out?

Can you rent an impact wrench? Or a Good excuse to buy one if that’s an option. As I get older I’ve found that I grab mine more than before….

Before I'd get into ruining paint, an impact or a breaker with a long cheater I could step on away from the FEL. The smoke wrench is last resort but does get plenty of use around here.

I used my Dewalt bat operated impact wrench and an impact socket, worked quite well.

Make sure to use a 6 point socket on this. Gives you more surface contact.

Thanks all. When I get back up there, will start with battery power impacts.....go from there.

Yeah, still nice paint where bolts attach-wouldn't mind not sizzling that off if I don't have to.
