I came over from the yahoo yanmar owners forum.
I lurked for a while before coming on board. Im glad I joined, back then, import yanmars were relatively new and we all had to figure out a whole bunch of things.

Gotta disagree with that. Bird doesn't post every day but does (in the Good Morning forum) at least once every week or two.
Initially, TBN was mostly for Kubota owners...not sure when it expanded to other brands

When I joined in 2000, this site had forums for several tractor brands, so the Kubota only era must have predated 2000.

When I joined in 2000, this site had forums for several tractor brands, so the Kubota only era must have predated 2000.

Kubota only ended in late 1999.

I'm a relative newbie, July 2012 for me, so only 10 years ... but that was 6 yrs before I bought my first / current tractor

Well a big thank you to @Muhammad for starting TBN, and the old timers for joining up and sharing! I knew next to nothing about tractors when I joined, and TBN was, and is, a huge, huge help in getting me started and along the way.

Without TBN there would of been a lot LESS tractor sales made in the US.
People came to this website and you guys answered all their questions, which helped make tractor ownership a reality and removed the mystery of how it all works.

When your tractor misbehaves, where do you turn to..... TBN

I know that I had a lot of customers that heard about us from TBN.
