50F and clear, supposedly headed down to a low of 40F overnight ... but there is a frost warning so ...
Moved Woman's hibiscus into the garage along with the coleus and shut the door. Not enough energy to mess with anything else. Probably will not frost.
High hit 63.9F here today. Tomorrow should be a little warmer (calling for 66F) and a little less windy.
Ten Day showing only one day approaching 25% chance of rain in the period, most days showing less than a 10% chance.
Got geo-tex and vapor barrier unloaded out of the van, left the 3 sheets of foam board in it since it was fairly windy. Easy enough to unload them at any point since they weigh next to nothing.
Refueled Kubota.
Got another couple of pallets moved out of the barn.
Spent most of the day screening clay though. That will solve two problems: 1. running low on screened material to use for fill, and 2. gets rid of the big pile over on the south side of the barn, which will give me a place to stage/store pallets.
Probably 70% of the piles (wet and dry) have had their initial screening. Have been putting the material to be rescreened behind the barn where it will catch some sun which should help to dry it out.
Knocked off a little early (before it really got dark) as it was feeling just a little chilly with the wind as the sun went down.
Did not check the hopper feeder today ... but the birds were still on it when I came inside for the evening.
No customers in live trap either.
Starting to get some decent fall colors:
Expect we are about 7 to 10 days from peak colors.
Woman brought home a pizza and wings from Dominos, was ok.
Bowl of Peanut Butter Swirl ice cream and catch some of the 2nd half of the Tampa Bay/KC game then likely will place the order @ Menards for the rest of joist hangers and then grab a shower before I hit the rack.
Hope everyone had a great Sunday ...
