I got the HTL on last night and got a chance to play around with the pile of dirt that was there. I definitely never knew what I was missing. Maybe my next investment for it will be a hydraulic tilt option as well....

There is one before picture of the clay dirt pile. It wasn't as loose as it looks last night as it had been sitting for about 3 weeks.

Congrats! I love using my box blade as it's versatile and has such a 'skill' element (you can accomplish a lot, or worse than nothing depending on whether you're doing it right or not), but i imagine a combo like yours is even more fun since the size of the tractor and the weight of the blade probably makes the setup 'not take no for an answer' a lot moreso than my ~1500lb tractor and 60" box blade. I enjoy finessing the capabilities out of my tiny tractor but every once in a while it would be nice to have weight and power like that.

Hah, it's the explorer II engine if I recall the parts manual correctly. It's a great tractor so far but parts can be expensive. I don't mind the farmtrac logo :) BTW, what gave you the impression it was a SAME?

I was under the impression it was a SAME in the way Bobcat tractors are Kioti's in white, though only applying to your particular model (or series?) and not the entirety of the Farmtrac lineup.

I believe this particular line (7xx) series may be all SAME. The smaller models look closer to the old Ford style tractors. I haven't seen any others to know for sure though.
