got four small trees planted this morning, then watered everything with buckets of dilute Miracle Grow, came in soaked in sweat and happy to get into a/c.
going out to dentist later to get filling fixed; nice they got me in same day.

just got off phone with bank mgr of local Wells Fargo, responding to my very unfavorable review when I had to wait over ten minutes inside to be waited on, due to only
one teller in entire bank working, including drive thru. Same old stuff about hard to get help.

Same in our area,even the retail stores etc.are bidding against one another with more pay but who really paying in the end.

My daughters do all their banking online. They even have a way to take a picture of a check with their phones to deposit it. I don't think they even have checks. Modern times.

I do most of my banking online, including check deposits. I use the ATM there to get cash. Haven’t been inside in years.

Pretty much the same, although I do go inside on occasions

I still use a few checks and go inside to get cash.
I miss going in every week or two, I never switched to direct deposit when I was working.
But SS and my pension and such are all direct deposit.
I had tossed the ATM card away years ago and still don't have one now, on my accounts,
do have one for my wifes accounts, have never used it.
When I start to get short on cash I'll make a check out to cash and go in the bank,
it's nice to be able to say Hi to the girls working in thier.

We don't even use cash anymore. I forgot the feel of it, use to have wads of it when traveling. Customs did not like that. LOL.

I came across a ten spot the other day, it was lost in my wallet, which I also rarely use.

I imagine in a few years, digital everything for me.

About only time I go inside is if I need something that requires a person, otherwise the drive thru, but probably 90% online. I maybe write a dozen checks thru the year otherwise online. I don’t even have an ATM card.
