This little contraption Is used a lot for lots of various lifting for smaller stuff a lot more than my floor and bottle jacks it's one of those things you don't realize how handy it is until you own one. Unfortunately Price has went up some on recent years.View attachment 741087
When I bought mine it was under a C note. I use it for cleaning the decks on the 0 turn mowers and changing blades too. Very handy.

I just bought the Atlas 40 volt tree trimmer ( small chainsaw with 9 foot pole). I trimmed 4 large trees today and felled a small 5” tree. The battery wasn’t close to running out of power and the 9’ reach made my job a lot easier. For $95 it was worth it. It doesn’t come with a battery or charger, but I already had them for an Atlas hedge trimmer.. I’m impressed. We’ll see about longevity, but performance is great.

Bought it last year, limbed a lot of trees. Agree with you: Works really well.

I tried theirs. Was horrified. Sent it back that very afternoon and got a Metabo.

Yeah, it ain't refined, but they do work. I have a Metabo also. Far superior grinder. But, keeping a HF cheapie around with a cut off wheel or flap disk, so you don't have to change disks on the Metabo, can save some time.

I have a number of them For as cheap as they are, when I find the smoke they go to the landfill and I fire up another. Think I have 5 or so presently. That is equal to one Metabo. :D

Actually, my go to 4.5" grinder is the Chief air grinder I bought at HF a while ago for 100 bucks. it's the an exact copy of the IR 4.5" air grinder (probably made in the same factory) but less than 1/2 the price. I prefer air tools over corded tools as I have plenty of air power in the shop.
