I need the phone/tablet that they show at about the 7 second mark.
Yeah, you made me look.I need the phone/tablet that they show at about the 7 second mark.
I want the phone that lets me pull the part out of the screen.Do you just want the phone, or to diagnose your car/truck? That one looks like a recent iPhone 'without the button'. (Post 8) As for any website, anything 'x' dot com is as easy as TBN.
Be warned that buying cheap online can get you the lowest quality. Gary bought a ball joint from Rock Auto. Bolts to replace the rivets made grade-3s seem better and had to be replaced from the hardware store.
There are OBD II diagnostic apps for all Android phones and tablets with blue tooth, Apple too. I use several, but have a favorite. It's called 'Car Scanner', and 'Pro' was another $5 or so. Been working for several years with no hiccups.
I use this dongle. Works with any system, features depend only on what the app does. I buy extra features for the few bucks, one time, no subscriptions or sign-ups. Just get an app, plug in the dongle, and read 'em.
