Help please Shibaura S318

Hello everyone from Oz

I recently damaged the sector shaft in my S318 Shibaura compact tractor and it will need replacing.
I can’t seem to find one here in Oz, Europe or the new or second I seem to have hit a brick wall.
It shares the same part number as Ford New Holland SBA 334290850 sector shaft.

1210, ,1215, 1220

if anyone has a steering box or shaft they want to sell or can advise on where to get one I’d be grateful.

Have tried Weavers no go.
Possibly a shaft and box from another brand might fit??

Hi, I just saw your request for help - did you locate a replacement part? Is the shaft damaged beyond repair? It may be a batter idea to repair it, especially if they're that scarce.
I was searching for information for a NH 1220 I recently bought, which requires gearbox repairs.
Your post caught my eye in the search results - I grew up in Warrawillah! Where in the area are you?

Hope you had some luck with your part. I am looking at a project S318 as I have a couple of Shibaura machines and like them. I can't find the specs for the S318 only the S320. Do you know which Ford model the S318 lines up with?
