Case 1845c slow crank no start

Got a case 1845c with slower starter turn over. Not enough to start it. Good battery, cables, and electrical connections have been cleaned. Starter turns over faster using a higher crank amp battery. Still too slow though? Could the starter be working against the hydraulic system? What do you all think

I suppose that depend's on whether a hydraulic control is engaged. The starter might be shot.

you could check using a pressure gauge on the line from the pump
