I’m looking to go this route on my new to me Kubota L6060. Any suggestions as to which company makes the best unit?

That product may be new, I've never seen anything like it. Don't think it would work for me, when bush hogging, that fan would fill up with debris and require constant attention to keep clear.

That’s pretty cool! No pun intended.

I wouldn't mind having one for my 2 ZTRs but one could be built fairly reasonably.

11 amps is a significant current draw when many tractor alternators are typically 35 amps.

I'll be the guinea pig. I'm going to have the dealer install one on my Kubota L6060. It'll help with working in the heat, but also help keeping the dust and insects off me.

Yea, I was wondering what the current draw was. Can't put a fan that big on my ZTRs. That is a heck of a current draw. Maybe too much for most open station tractors and if you have a cab with a large alternator you don't need it.

This Ventrac just passed my trailer cutting grass at the power plant I'm working at. Looks like it has one on it. IMG_1456[1].JPG

Sure does look like it. What’s it take to upgrade an alternator?

On private property, in the woods, mowing the lawn. Exactly what electrical devices are you powering? Nothing, why not have a little operator comfort.

OK, my CUT cab is DIY but when I made it I did insulate the roof.
In the summer I simply remove my door.
For cooling I have 3ea 12 volt computer type 'muffin fans' that blow nice are at me and also help blow any bugs out.
Muffin fans draw very little amps and are very efficient air movers.
Mine are mounted on swivel bases so that come winter I can re direct air to de fog my windows.

I wonder how loud that fan is. I know my shop fan drives me nuts
