I was hoping I had 6 rick on the truck but I’m guessing more like 5. I can get more on the trailer because the sides are taller although the trailer is only rated for 11,800 pounds so I can’t put much over 5 on it.
Who the heck is Rick? And how do they all fit in that single cab? How many cords do you think? Do you have to unhook the trailer to dump?

Still having chainsaw issues. The guy who helped me fell a couple trees one day asked if he could use my old Homelite chainsaw to cut up a tree that fell
during a storm the other day.
I went to use it today to drop trees and could barely make sawdust with it. I was ..... upset. BRAND NEW chain on it I only used for one tree !
He must have tried to dig a hole through the gravel to bury the broken tree.
Good reason not to loan tools...

Learned that a long time ago, but I've seen this guy use my saw and although not an expert he didn't do anything risky or stupid with it (like cutting into the ground).
Lesson learned = $30

It’s just time to learn to sharpen a chain and do it so a new chain off the roll cuts like garbage in comparison.

I can sharpen a chain pretty good, but not that good.

A new chain off the roll at the very least needs the rakers taken down, most of the time I’ll throw them on the grinder to adjust the angle from brand new so everything I’m working with is predictable.

Yes I have to unhook the dump trailer to dump. The truck bed is 14’ long, 7’ wide, and the sides are 2’ but the load height is more like 3.5’ average. 343 cubic foot of loose wood. So I’d say 2 cords maybe a little better. The trailer is 14’ long, 80” wide and 3’ sides.
