Anyone know where I can get a PTO adapter 1" 18 spline female to 6 spline 1 3/8" male to convert the Mitsubishi 1" shaft to the tools standard size

I can't help you but for all things Mitsubishi I check with Valley Power

Also be mindful that many of those PTOs rotated counterclockwise vs clockwise. Most all implements are built for clockwise operations. There use to be a PTO reverser that fixed that and had the correct splines on the output side of the that gearbox. I have one on my Satoh.
