Right after I posted I got an email from the gardens. They are starting a plant-based food group and I think it is a plant-perfect requirement. Just what I need to keep me on track. They are going to have a meet and greet and will try to start a plant pure pod.

Good evening all. 71F for the start, overcast, calm wind, no rain. Sky cleared the clouded back up. Wind was light, and high temp was 88F, HI 95F, DP 70F. Mowed the northeast sect that need to be caught, then bike ride. Mowed the back after lunch then napped. Nothing else happened.
Covid update: Cooke 3469 confirmed cases, 111 active cases, Montague 1924 confirmed cases, 43 active cases, Grayson, 12312 confirmed cases, 257 active cases. Cooke 0, Montague 0, Grayson 0, new cases.

50° right now...high in the mid-70's and, maybe, some rain showers. Looks like a rainy week ahead, but not as heavy as we had a couple weeks back. I expect we'll see some heavy weather in a few days or so as Fred tracks north...

Stayed up later last night...slept through the night and feel pretty refreshed now. I think I read somewhere that older folks don't need as much sleep...so, I reckon I'll change my sleeping habits

My ripper/pipelayer arrived today. I had to go to the city to pick it up. I cancelled the quick hitch I had tentatively ordered because after some measuring I realized it would be too wide for my tractor. It was a Cat 1 and my tractor is a Cat 0. I have to have another plan.
Been in town all day organizing Kitchen stuff, Fridge, Dyson, M'wave and wall oven and cook top. I now know Harvey Norman, Good Guys and Joyce Mayne like the back of my hand. I made some new friends. Those salesmen and women are so nice......

First cup of coffee has been poured. 57° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 82° with clouds in PM. Got most of the house cleaning done. Also washed Mule. Today finish house cleaning and mow grass. Just did it Friday. Son is coming in later this evening. Going to spend a few days here while attending Woodward Dream Cruise.

Don, with how well your has worked for you. You should be able to come up with your own name. Don's DIET!
