Thanks for posting I think I going to do it the same way you did.
Yeah it's a nice clean simple design & I like the way he used all the bed framing & your local You should be able to get a top cheap. Thanks for posting I think I going to do it the same way you did.
Thanks for the tip! I plan on using cage bolts ,Or do it like 2fs2ns has it in the pictures he posted on this thread .Thanks again 5030.Be aware the drilling your ROPS makes the tractor unsaleable if you trade it in. Federal law states drilling a ROPS will render it not useable so if you ever trade it in, the dealer will have to replace the ROPS at his expense (and your loss) or if you sell it outright and the buyer has issues down the road, you are liable for the damages, not the buyer.
How it works and if you bother to read the tag attached to your ROPS, it plainly states that. Usually says 'Modifying or drilling this ROPS voids the ROPS warranty'.
be apprised of the 'what if' down the road.
Do you mean going down from the front to the body of the tractor somehow? I can see your point, but it's pretty stout. I'd have to hit something pretty good to mess it up I think. But I'll check into it. Thanks!I would add a piece of angle iron on each side on the front
to give extra strength just bolt them on as it don't seen
like it has protection from a big tree branch or very strong
gust of wind maybe bend the top???

I wonder what shipping would be, might save a few bucks if I could ship one to ya??? Probably pretty expensive though.Yea I hear ya on the $150.00 even Wally World wanted $199.00 for a used one, So that's why I'm going to jump on that $75.00 ones & they're brand new & they just remove them for new custom ones,I guess they do there own in house fabrication& for $200.00 more I could get one from M-F or from a golf cart manufacture & that's $ 200.00 more than what I'll be all in for at $137.00 , & I'll have it the way I want it

Again not true if you sell tractor as is in writing you will not be liable. Dealer statement is true..Be aware the drilling your ROPS makes the tractor unsaleable if you trade it in. Hey thanks for the offer but I already picked it up for $75.00 & it was off a Club-Car 45 inches wide & 70 inches long & in excellent shape & I wanted a white one but all they had was black & a couple of Ez-Go that where beige & smaller in length & I need the longer one because of the forward rake of the rops & I'll have more forward & aft overhang with this one & I'm going make a ladder frame for it , & that will give me more center support & I bought the wire harness & a few extensions & 4 leds lights for $ 62.00, So I'm happy with what I have in itI wonder what shipping would be, might save a few bucks if I could ship one to ya??? Probably pretty expensive though.
