I liked Hoppy; first TV I ever saw...I was standing in the street looking through the window of a bar; there was a Hopalong Cassidy movie showing. This was 1951. I'll never for get a cartoon that was printed in MAD magazine; it showed Hoppy and California surrounded with Indians stretching to the horizon. Hoppy was leaning on his saddle horn, and he says: "Now you're not thinkin' of starting any trouble, are you?"

Oh - my wife HATES that saying.
She thinks it’s just an excuse for my sons and me to do dumb stuff together.
Maybe - perhaps - she is correct.

My wife and I raised two girls, and we kept our twin grandsons up until they were in grade school...and I can testify that boys will be boys. I have never seen a urinating contest between girls, but the boys were quite adept in that particular arena.
