Best wishes for Ron and hope he is doing fine. Ron you are missed.

RS, that's a mighty long to do list, or perhaps did it list. You must be eating your Wheaties...

Drew, excellent point on drainage.
Mine has been like this a number of years so I expect it will be a tad drier once covered, but it does drain well. I will need to clean out some of the accumulated debris and level a bit better. I will be honest that I don’t like walking on it barefoot.

Changed the oil in the genny. The ride on mower oil was still fresh as was the walk behind mower, so I just topped them off.
Did a couple of other little jobs, too.
My get up and go, got up and went so the tractor will wait until tomorrow.

Give some thought to the wind rating of those fittings, and the EMT between them. I used to have (hint) a 10' x 30' tarp frame I used on the side of my house down in the SF Bay Area, and it worked just fine. The wall of the house was on one side, a 5' wooden fence on the other. There was wind there, but it was a very sheltered location. I brought it along with me when I moved up here, and installed it in a fairly open area. I used 1/4" aircraft guys at each upright, anchored to 2' x 3/8" rebar driven into the ground. While I was out of town, a storm with 40 MPH winds came through and wadded that thing up like a piece of typing paper. None of the fittings broke, but not very many pieces of the EMT did; they were either badly bowed or bent like a pretzel.

Showed my wife the little greenhouse and she is interested. However most of her plants she started died, especially after the cats chewed some of them. But not one like the guy up the road.

That one is 60 ft long if it’s 3 ft between hoops. He also is tilling and laying black plastic in a large area.
