Toppop, I think I will, will wear my noise cancelling headphones

does anyone have experience with noise cancelling earbuds?
On certain roads the tire hiss really aggravates my tinnitus and the headphones do
a great job tuning it out. I can still listen to music also.

Wow, you make our little health problems seem like nothing. Hope things get better for you and Ellen soon.

Bird, thank you, and everyone that wished me well. I’m improving for sure, just not sure how long they’ll keep me. This is the second time in less than two years I’ve had this. Caught this one a bit earlier than previous episode.

I found I’d had a septal myocardial infarction of indeterminate age.
How do you have a heart attack and not know it?

45 this morning going to a windy and chilly 59 today. It’s all the same in here. LOL

Our first cruise in is tomorrow, I’ll
Probably be MIA for that one, someone else will need to pull the club trailer.

I’ll start hounding the doctor to send me home, but I’ll do what he says. I’m certainly not well at this point.

well if you are stuck in there, at least you have your laptop and the internet.
While you listen to a symphony of beeps and gurgles from the equipment...
We all send you our best.

Good morning, the temperature is 37°F and going up to 43. Wind N 14 gusting to 20 mph. 60% chance of rain.
Raining right now so the weather guessers were a little off, which is normal.

I take the DIL to hospise today at 9:45 A.M. Thank you all for the prayers and positive thoughts for her.

Along the drip line off the roof allways erodes out with the rainfall. I can put up evestrough but the snow and ice load will tear it off when it all comes down in spring, so that is a never ending chore and expense to replace every year. I am thinking of a row of concrete blocks with the holes filled with cement and large rocks on top so the torrential rain will hit the blocks and splatter both towards the wall and outwards towards the lawn. In between the blocks/rocks and the wall will be flowers and on the outside will be lawn. Is there any reasons you guys can think of that this will not work?
I would put in a flagstone wall if covid hadn't shot the prices up stupid high. I also have to keep in mind that in spring I use the backhoe to pull the mountains of snow away from the wall of the house.
Whatever I do with it, I have to do it in the next three weeks as I will be going back to work and won't be here all summer.

Stay safe all

If you'll be moving snow around the blocks, rather than rocks on top consider shaping the concrete into a shallow roof shaped peak that runs parallel to the wall. That way a shovel hitting the bump won't catch on it, but the water will still be shed on both directions.

On the motorcycles, I use earbuds from a company called Etymotic, Drew. They're not noise cancelling, but the foam tips work like earplugs and offer over 25 dB of sound attenuation. Be careful, though, as in some areas driving with in or over ear hearing protection is illegal.

In my case it was by assuming the symptoms I was experiencing were actually something else (really bad indigestion in my case) ... rather than a heart attack.

Heal up quick top.

Holy smokes, Don, is that ever a lot of colors! Will keep the wife busy for months!

I’m not much for picking colors either. I like the darker for a boathouse.
