My Zetor had a new battery installed back in January. This tractor isn't used much but is run every 2 weeks. Was last used to lift a few t-posts out of the ground, not any real work. Was parked as normal but now won't start. The dealer wasn't much of help over the phone. When you go to start, the glow plug light starts as normal and the oil light comes on as normal, but it doesn't attempt anything after that. when you turn the key, nothing. Seems like it's not even getting the signal to turn over. Normally it shows a battery light and charging light when you go to start it. the lights all stay on till it's warm then all the lights go off. but the battery light and charging light aren't lighting up to crank possibly because it's not cranking. Nothing in the owner's manual shows any safety sensors to check. It's behaving as if a relay isn't working, but i cant find any to know where to start.

It does sound like one of the safety switches is not being satisfied. Different tractors have different safeties. You may need to check the PTO as suggested but there may also be a seat switch, a neutral switch, and a clutch switch. Check your manual to see what's what.
