Northern Tool has these 24"x24"x3/8" thick EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber) floor mats
that have enterlocking edges for $10 for a pack of 4.
I have a 20'x20' raised foundation workshop that has planks for the floor.
The planks have about 1/8" to 3/16" gap between them.
I was thinking about using these mats as an inexpensive covering over
the planks to keep cold air from entering during the winter.

Has anyone used these or a similar product to cover their floor ?
How did they hold up and did they make it difficult to roll toolboxes around ?

I had to put stall mats down after I studded my tractor tires. I found some that someone removed from a barn, holding up fine, wouldn't want to roll a toolbox over them though.

Yes we have stall mats down the aisle of our stall barn. I would not want to roll a toolbox over them either. They act as good insulation though. So for OP's requirement to stop the draft they would be good.
