What do those symbols mean?

The one with the circle and squiggly line, I believe, is for engine coolant temperature.

I don’t know about the box symbol.

On the service manual, those lights are not documented on the dasb board part but are on the electric diagram.

The left one is a Water warning light, probably level or temp warning would be my guess.

The right on is Hydraulic warning light. Maybe a restriction indicator for the hydraulic filter or something. Again, just my guess.

The dash is most likely used in different models where those lights are functional.

Proof positive the the concept of a "universal" icon of some kind so that everyone on the planet knows what it means instead of a nice English word to describe the function of the knob or button is INSANE, and ineffective too. Now with an icon no one on the planet except the idiot that thought up the icon knows what it means. And on top of that, if it was an English word, the folks that don't speak English could easily look it up on the internet and understand it.

I think it’s the TransMission oil filter.

What it is supposed to tell us, I do not know.
