^^^ I really think the Instant Pot shines on roasts, loins and whole chickens. Plus dried beans .
. . . I never got the hang of pasta in it, it always seemed too soggy. So now it is used for beans, soups, that type of thing.
For soup with pasta in it we finish pressure cooking the soup and then use the sauté setting (no lid) to boil the pasta in the soup
