I've been lurking the forums for some time, but now that I actually have a small bit of land in western NC, I figured it's time to sign up before purchasing my first tractor. There seems to be a wealth of knowledge on here and I am all ears. Really appreciate everyones thoughts! Take care.

Not sure which tractor but, in terms of budget. Do your homework, shop it hard and then, double your budget! I too am a newby but have come to the conclusion tractors are like any boy toy, the cost of entry is just the beginning!
