aaaaawww, that dirt wasn't loose until I pushed it there! You would have been there all day with any tractor that wasn't a BIG tractor...

I do not know, I've never tried a battery saw.. thought about it a couple times though.. small and light but doesnt seem to spin the blade very fast. My sister has a couple Dewalts but all I did was play with them in her garage.

The battery saws are handy. Just the ticket for small jobs that need doing. Sometimes I need a saw for 10-15 minutes of work. Gas seems to "go bad" so I like to keep my saws drained of fuel. And not having to pull start is a nice feature. They are quite as well.

I carry mine in the SxS when riding trails in case there is a tree down. Will sometimes cut a dump bed of firewood for the campfire. I have never had it run out of power.

That makes three of us asking the same question. Battery operated would be a great truck saw... throw it behind the seat without worrying about gas fumes. In the time it takes to warm my gas saw up, I could have the tree cut out of the road.
One point I've made in the past; saw chaps are much less effective due to the increased torque of an E-saw. I try to keep it away from my legs anyways...
