That just shows the pop-up spring #5 on diagram. I have that part.

One eye bolt on each corner of the hood. HD bungee cord down to the grill. The trip down to the junk yard in Palmer isn't worth it.

Look at the striker shown here. This is not correct for you model year, but I bet it is very similiar.

I'm thinking, it should be something like that. I only have one hole to mount something.
