Looks more like fortifying to me......

Having no clue, I asked the lumber co to do the take off on my house and the garage, 2 buildings. Hee hee hee, was that a mistake!

Got way too much of this, and not enough of that!

This photo is of the many many 16ft 2x4s that I知 told are typically used as top plates on walls. Problem is, all my exterior walls are
2 x 6 and it goes on and on.

As you all know, lumber is at a premium so, do I keep it for my next project or take it back?

I'd say take them back or buy lots of glue and clamps......

Not so much tractor but some very old and dry small wood cut on a buzz saw.

I bet that wood splitter is not getting used much, and the hay rake is multi tasking, must mean the hays all in......

But you still end up with a rough chain saw cut. Why not use your chainsaw, you have one don't you?

BUT BUT BUT and BUT........ You end up with a straight cut, you end up with straight cut, you end up with a straight cut and besides that a sharp saw does a fairly smooth cut, the point is we need a deep straight cut that dont take all day......

That blade is on correctly, have another look.

Well I watched again and wow that saw is slow, maybe the blade needs sharpening. And one big problem with circular saws is it's harder to make notches without over cut....

Wranglerstar did a better job with his 7-1/4 worm drive circular saw with the Prazi USA - Blades - Beam Cutter then that over grown low powered circular saw, I like how he throws the instructions a way, wish I could do that.......

Surprising how few homemade timber cutting is going on youtube, everyone is doing homemade lumber cutting, must be hiring Amish to cut their timbers. So HUNT, you have a mill right? And loads and loads of trees right? So why the plywood countertop??? Ha ha! Or is that part of the "cabinets for the Misses" project that's next?

So that is a temporary island I put in our kitchen to see if we like the size and flow around it...
