I know you guys hate cheap chainsaws, but my Poulan has a built in tool holder in the handle.
Now I'm envious. My Poulan doesn't.

My chaps have two pockets... one on the belt which is where I keep a tourniquet. The other, on the leg, is long and large enough for a file in an Oregon file guard, and bar wrench. It also has a snap on the bottom
to make it easier to clean the inevitable sawdust out.

The snap comes undone, dumping the file and bar wrench into two feet of snow.

Yes it will, although with no vibration dampeners you don't want to cut very many of them. ;)
I bought a Poulan for a cheap saw to bounce around in the back of my truck. A couple of months later I bought a Husky 545 for 5x as much money. I still have the Poulan, it may not get used for a year yet when I need it the thing always starts. The Husky is in the scrap bin and was a POS from the day that I bought it. it always started hard and never idled. It would stall 5 times while limbing one softwood tree, and the only way to get it running again was to set the brake, hold the throttle, and drop start it, often making multiple attempts before it would start again. It should have been a nice saw but I hated it almost from day 1, and the day last year that a log rolled onto it was probably the best thing that happened. I was tired that day and on more than one occasion had caught myself drop starting it without setting the brake.

I've done business with that saw shop since 1982 so hate to change; but part of the problem is that he's been in business since before 1982 and really doesn't know how to work on the newer saws.

I would like to see a count of people that don't have a chainsaw wrench in their truck, tractor or case all of the time.
I have a couple of these,

and I always have one close by when I'm sawing.

That looks like a good candidate to leave. I don’t even see any good firewood.

That's the multi-tool I mentioned that I keep on the belt of my chaps.
