Yes, like Jstpssng said. Brakes are located on right side just above treadle. clutch peddle is on the left. I haven't read the manual in quite some time, but you use the clutch always to shift from neutral to gear. Or, let out slowly while engaging pto. I now notice though, that for some time now I've had to sometimes let the clutch back out, push the treadle, and then push the clutch in and slide the selector into gear. It wouldn't go in gear on first try. right there I should have looked at clutch adjustment but the tractor has been out at my parents place after their deaths and I've since taken it out of there, but its been used while I was away for many of the hours. I'm just hoping its out of adjustment and not wore. I will not be about to check it out until I get back home in 3 weeks. What life has many gotten out of their clutches? I realize this would be premature for sure, just curious. What's the cost, the dealer here said between 3-5000$. 20 hours work, not hard with the right tools he said. Anyway, I'm out here trapped for 3 weeks thinking about it and won't be satisfied until I get back to try and adjust it. I really need it this winter as I'm building a new place.
