If trailer has air brakes and if it has automatic tire inflation capability, it could be a warning light that tire is low or blown. That is hard to see after dark. Tire looks like it's off rim in photo.

It's only an 'amber' caution light, by observation the tyre is underinflated.

Happened to me once,
Trash truck in opposite lane lost his driver side and it hopped across the median and barely cleared my hood as it jumped my lane.
Trashed my shorts.
