It was an overcast, humid 67ºF for today's low temperature and it was a humid 74ºF, H = 83%, DP = 68ºF while I was éelepathically communicating with one for the frequent flyers here to my north.
I am probably personally dealing with a long term cycling depression and May-June seems to be the time where I am at my most depressed and I just shut down until my attitude improves. I think this happened here last year as well. C-19 really has not helped, but honestly/sadly not that much has changed for us other than no movies/museums and eating out excepting takeout. My Wife has only been out of town 1X since April.
I am rarely at a loss for words, but I still am having challenges trying to describe what has happened during my absence here other than my Wife had some kind of "bad" interaction/reaction to a new BP med to add to her mix of BP meds and other meds that she is already taking. In the 30 years that I dealt with diagnostic/clinical assessments I never saw what my Wife was exhibiting. The research that I did on her med mix did not "fit" the behavioral and cognitive presentation that I was seeing. There was a mix of delirious and dementing behaviors. For a week I was afraid to leave her alone due to her agitation and unpredictable behaviors. That posted her mental status has since returned to normal. In hindsight, there was probably some infection driving this.
I do not scare easily. I was freakin out with this.
Lose a day here and it takes almost forever to get caught up; miss a month and one is lost.
In a nutshell:
Ongoing activities outside.
Curbside pickups are a way of life and other shoppers continue to exhibit social avoidant behaviors in the supermarket.
Our bear problem got out of control and We are no longer feeding and counting birds. We are lucky only screens and screen frames where destroyed. Brogen tried to get through one of our 2nd story windows, but did not fit.
A woodchuck ate all our sugar snap peas and did a number on our bok choy and kale. I have since resorted to active biological warfare = dog turd bombs in all the woodchuck holes that I have found and today I sprayed the bok chop, kale, and bush beans with a seriously high % of hot sauce (357,000 Scoville Units) mixed with 1 G of water. I marked the garden afterwards and I am still burning where the sun don.
It looks like I will be spending a few rainy days trying to get caught back up.
Thomas thank you.
My + thoughts, wishes, and prayers.
