rear lights on Toolcat

anyone else had issues with the rear lights on the new Toolcat, the old model they were buiried below the box giving some protection, this new one they are protruding out the back and quite easily damaged, thinking making a guard has anyone done this?

Our 5610 doesn't have that problem.

yes I see the 5610 has them on the fenders, here is a picture off the net and shows how they are on the 2020 5600, Im thinking making a guard or something to prevent them getting crushed, sure look vulnerable how they are mounted

That is how they are mounted on my 2005 vintage 5600 and I have yet to rip them off. I have broken the mirrors, front lights, turn signals, and fenders from some pretty ugly overgrown trees and brush I have had to clear through but never had any issue with back lights.

myersjc, touch wood nor broke anything as yet, used a lot to put boats in the lake with a hitch on the front, lots of pallet work and hauling in the box.

been quite fun to play with the last couple months looking forward to winter to clear snow, just hoping we get lots this year, last 3 years just about nothing to talk about
