New Holland TC25D rear 3pt arms not moving?

Hello all. I went to install an implement yesterday and found that the rear arms are not moving. It has a float position. There is a FEL on it and it's working properly. Used the tractor 2 weeks ago without any troubles. I'm stumped. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thx and God Bless.

If the arms are stuck in the UP position, and not lowering, check the rate of descent knob below the front of the seat. Turn it counterclockwise to allow the arms to lower. If the arms do not raise, check the FEL lever and confirm it is not in the float position.

Thx for the reply. My daughter was playing around on the tractor and may've fooled with it. I'll definitely check it out. Thx again.
