You just don't understand.... It *COULD* happen.
If anyone with any kind of an imagination can dream it up, we should have a law against it.
You are guilty if it *COULD * happen, it doesn't actually have to really happen , just *COULD*.
"If I saw that going down my road, I would call the police"...now there is a statement about one's own character if I ever heard one.
I have had the police called on me before by some do-gooder, and the caller actually ends up being the one that is laughed at.
I had to think of this video from a very long time ago.
Not sure what was so illegal.

I believe the offense was operating under the influence. There are thousands of drunks on the road every day driving without accidents. I know, I once was one of them; driving many thousands of miles each year with a beer between my legs, yet never had an alcohol related accident. Are you one of those who believes people shouldn't be charged unless something does happen?
LOL. Pretty sure the police here would side with local residents who dont want their road blocked by that broken down monstrosity, gouging up the road by dragging directly on it. You can let people ruin the roads by you all you want. Judge away, buddy, judge away. It's not that hard or expensive to tow and haul things correctly. DO it dangerously, illegally, and destructively to our common roadways, and you might just have to face the consequences.
