50 going to a cloudy 67 today.
Mower swap went great. Glad I grabbed some pics before removal last year. Made it easy to put each rod in the correct spot and orientation.
Had time to remove some of this winters crop of stones from the yard. One of them was to big to move and I had to grab the tractor.(yah! tractor time). Might put down weed and feed today...might rest and relax.

Stay safe and healthy everyone.

Thomas:Tic..tic.. little over 4 months left.
Phone app says 101 work days. I have 6 weeks vacation I will burn up too.

I agree whole heatedly, but remember that my old backhoe sat for years before a need arose to go to the considerable trouble to put it back on the tractor. From that perspective, it's pretty hard to justify a whole machine that spends most of its life standing around unused. But that's just me, and I'm sure it's really easy for a lot of you to find ways to use a backhoe several times a week!

I could store my non-existent backhoe .. right next to my non-existent wood chipper?

Good morning. It's 64° with 90% humidity and light winds. Forecast says 87° for our high today then .. in the 90's for rest of the week.

I didn't get around to getting the rear finish mower ready to go so .. that's probably first on list today. Then a bit more work on the rolling ladder.

We resume our drills, at our VFD, tomorrow night after 6 weeks without. We have continued our apparatus checks but, in two man teams at separated times. We've only had one call out since the Covid stuff started and that was to support Columbus VFD, with our tanker, at a structure fire out in the country.

Hope everyone has a restful Sunday.

Prayers to all.

Good morning! 64˚F partly cloudy.

My new dentist call to confirm my appt for next week. I should say in the car till texted.

My allotted time for the Garden is this afternoon, between the rain and the brush clearing I missed my last two sessions. The schedule puts a bed and a row between people working their gardens. If the ground is dry enough I'll fire up the tractor and re-supply the mulch piles next to the garden beds.

The pickle ball courts have opened up but I hear they got a warning on being too close and they won't be getting a second warning - next time they get shut down. The dog park people are bitting at the heels to get it opened. Whipper does not do the dog park - she does not get along well with other canines.

Card club is still closed and my wife's language class has opened on Zoom. The language club is looking for more instructors to start smaller classes, wife volunteered to teach 101.

Went to Home depot yesterday, they did not have bird spikes but I got some PVC to put an aeration tube in my compost bin. I decided to forget the ugly bird spikes and just build a decretive lintel that has no ledge for the birds to sleep on. At HD most of the customers and employees are no longer wearing face mask, They are sill counting people going in and I had to wait about 5 minutes. They are still practicing social distancing at the checkout.

RNG My kubota 5030's BH90 was mounted the same way your hoe is mounted. I usually put it on once a year for 3 months and then took it off to put the 3 pt hitch on the rest of the year for other implements and jobs.

Rick my phone pager went off yesterday the VFD in Lee county are starting to have meetings again also. I Miss the fires, not so much the meetings.

I had an advantage there. One knowing where ducks like to nest and wearing my glasses.
Ducks will sleep and nest on land real close to the water. Water is their 'safe place'.

We have a hummingbird feeder hanging where I can drive the Zero turn ROPS under it, but must drive carefully between obstacles or will hit it. I got the first side cleared, but on the second side saw a Coco tennis ball hiding in the grass at the last second so did an avoidance maneuver, and of course spilled sugar water all over me and the mower. Drove to the hose and washed the mower, jumper on and kept mowing for 2 hours.

What until you mow over small nerf football what mess  foxes need to learn to put there toys away when done playing. ;)

I hit a plastic Taco Bell cup along the road. They come apart in slivers.
