And yet, with all this whining and complaining, you are still tractorless. Time time to move on.

Who said I'm tractorless? You do a lot of assuming and making innuendos, hopefully you don't do the same with your husband.

You need to update your avatar with the tractor(s) you own (instead of Currently searching). We'd love to see a pic of you on your tractor(s).

Have a nice day.

You see my 2 screen shots there? The first showing a rate of 4.3% and the second showing an end date of June 30th. My question to you is if you saw that with those dates and its the beginning of May, what rate would you expect to get?

The second screenshot clearly states "Offer subject to change without notice", game over.

So if my local supermarket runs an advertisement that says: “1 quart of milk for $1.50” and I go to the store and they ring it up at $1.98, all you corporate boot-lickers and defenders of the billion dollar Goliaths would be “Hey, you lose! Pay the increased price! The flier has some fine print about....something, something, ‘prices subject to change’.”
Not sure why so many people are quick to jump to the defense of some faceless billion dollar foreign company.
No, OP doesn’t “lose”.
Kioti loses when they don’t sell this tractor and future tractors because of their deceptive practices.

I know I shouldn't extend this conversation any further, but I'm not sure if everyone understands that advertising a "price" is very different than advertising a lending rate. Advertised rates are ALWAYS subject to approval and change based on several factors. Show me your bank or credit union webpage and I guarantee their loan rates page says "from %%%" and "subject to change/approval". This is industry norm, and the err is on your side. Now if they advertised a tractor for $9999 and had exactly one unit anywhere that met that spec for sale, I would be onboard with the shady practices comments (though still not illegal to my knowledge). Anyway, if you get past the quarter of a percent change, the Kioti I just picked up looks great and the build quality going over the machine is very good. Cheers!

I've not saw anyone call you a liar.

I have a very good friend that struggles with things like this as well. He's currently starting a new house build project. He's serving as the GC. It's a daily nightmare for him and they've just got the footings poured. I feel really bad for him and try to help him move forward.

Arm Chair Quarterbacking again. If I felt as strongly as you indicate you do I wouldn't shadow that dealer's door again and I most certainly wouldn't buy that brand of tractor.

I can add that I feel Kioti needs to straighten out some things, surely their website is one of them. I go to the dealer and look at new Kiotis, this one only goes in reverse (HST pedal adjustment), this one has no power (side by side), always leads to an adjustment missed by the factory. Then last Summer their server gets hacked and the dealers couldn't special order parts for a month or so I am told. To this day their server is wide open for the taking.

I thinks maybe they have some growing up to do.

You keep ignoring the 2nd line from the top where it says that Kioti reserves the right to change program period & conditions. You're cherry picking the ad.
