emax 25 whine normal?

guys what do you think of the whine at 43 seconds? do they get louder if they have been running longer or heat up? i have no idea how long the machine was running in this first video

he wants 15, and has a brand new belly mower, i was thinking of offering 14.5, its a 16 and has 1 year warranty left on it. it looks brand new

landscaping business, he got out of it, truck broke, needs money, unfortunately im 240 miles from him. i don't plan to see it in person.

I have a Emax 25 with 180 hrs and mine doesn’t wine like that at all. I am no expert but that seems quite loud. I am in the crowd that I would want to have hands on it before I spent that kind of money.

My gut feeling says walk away, Sounds like he also had no money to maintain it.... If you can't go see it keep looking closer to you........

price's near me are at least 2k higher, it looks better then most machines i have looked at thus far.

i appreciate the comment here. im just wondering if its the wrong filter etc... do you have r4 or turfs on your 25?

Little, yes I have turfs on mine! I mainly mow,pickup leaves and snow blow. Loader gets used some but not a lot at this point. I did complete service of mine at 50 hrs and used new fluid and new filters from dealer. There was a fair amount of metal shavings on the drain plugs and on the screen filter which I understand stand to be common. If it has the wrong filter on it I wouldn’t touch it as it could cause a bunch of problems with the hydros.
