Little bit late, but I swapped L3901 and L3130 three point lift hardware and it works like it should on both machines.

Since the L3240 & L3130 use the same 3pt hitch pieces (according to Messick's parts lists), I assume the L3961 kit should fit my L3240... Any thoughts?

Ok so I received the second box yesterday! Haven稚 had time to open it yet but if anyone has to order the kit, make sure the dealer knows it has two boxes. One box with just the lower arms and a second box that is supposed to include the rest of the hitch including hardware. Hopefully i値l have time to instal it this weekend to see how complete the kit is haha

Any updates on whether the second box had EVERYTHING you needed, making it an all inclusive kit? I'm on the lookout for an L35, and most of them are missing the 3 point hardware, so I'm trying to figure out just how much it costs to add on. Thanks.

Yes the second box had every thing else that was needed. Call Hoober when you need the kit. They have more available there and it was roughly $500 shipped. Just make sure they know there are two boxes hahaha. Same with the drawbar kit. There was a box plus the bar was shipped on its own. That was just over $200 for that kit.
