That's a classic but The instance I was referring to was he was trying to say that it must have been some wayward Cajun folks that had got lost in NJ and were making the sauce...there was no way any yankees could make something so good...!

Why?
It seemed to add significant life to the forum. We may never know - it could be the reason we still have a forum today. Maybe the advertisers were about to pull out, but when they saw the potential traffic from a net-negative post they decided to stick around on the hopes that the resulting few net-positive posts would contribute at least 10.00327% to their bottom line (which, for those of you not in "business", is generally considered an "above average" ROI).
