Here's an idea...many of us have Instapots, wonder if there was a way to use it to sterilize without the use of water.

Earlier here, I think it was Kyle that suggested 170F in an oven would do it. Or just leave it in the garage for a week and the virus will expire on its own.

Drew- Thanks for your input. You have given me more to research which is appreciated at his point.

Back in from getting garden pond filter system up and running. Will run pond-vac on it tomorrow. No use putting additives in yet. Temperatures are forecast to be in the 40’s starting Thursday. Good weather to get chipper on tractor and get rid of pile of branches.
Looking, that’s a lot of items to use maple syrup on. No need for sugar.

rain never appeared, 80 and sunny out.
Having a hard time getting started on inside work when the outside is so nice

David, great job on the garage.
Jay, the video I watched shows a research doc saying that not all UV lights worked in the needed
frequency and very important to get right frequency for sterilization.

For facemark sterilization I'd look into these:
19 Best UV Sterilizers to Safely Kill Germs (22) | Heavy.com
UV-C far light is supposed to be the most effective, What exactly is that frequency range? There are some still available on Amazon but I bet they won't last long.

I feel your pain, Ken. Some of those rocks look like they're right on the edge of being able to roll them into the bucket by yourself. And the routine of moving the tractor every few minutes to where the next bunch of rocks is gets old quick. Sometimes I'll use a five gallon bucket to extend my range away from the tractor, and that cuts down on the number of tractor moves. But that bucket gets heavy quicker than I'd like, and the rocks somehow grow back every year...:confused2:

When I'm picking rocks I use a 5 tined manure fork, the tines are about 2 1/2 inches apart bit in the fields we don't even pick that small 3-4 inches and up,
I can scoop up a rock with the fork and toss it into the bucket with no bending over, also if it's to large for the fork many times I'll roll it out and on top of the ground, saves that grubbing around for it.

Yeah, rocks. These are hiding among fallen trees and brush. Sometimes find them when tractor comes to a quick stop! Tooth bar helps get them out, but nothing to push against so sometimes tilt into bucket, sometimes straps. Looks like that one area has them all :)

Ron, I don't use sugar at all, except for the sugar needed to be added with my homemade marmalade.
I use maple syrup in the place of sugar most other places.
