The Jews gold out of Germany by bribing the border guards with gold..

Really? I am not aware of your story being a fact of significance. Please post a few links of this happening on a significant basis.
Thanks

Some of you just aren't happy unless you are getting threads closed down. To the rest of the posters, I guess that we can continue this in Corona Virus #4. :(

I wish moderators would suspend violators for a couple of weeks and send a message. If people cannot change....ban them.

The other option is have a Political forum where guys can get their jollies.

Closing informative threads is not going to work and does help the information exchange.

In case you aren't aware, there are two TBN sites where they can do just that. Apparently it's more satisfying to screw up threads which the rest of us are following. And it's always the same few posters causing most of the problems.

6 dead in Washington state. I have two relatives that were told to quarantine in place. I.e. stay home unless it gets worse. They sound don't sound very good, coughing etc.

I cough, wheeze, hack, sniffle and sneeze so much all the time that if I caught a bug, no one could tell the difference.

I really want this forum. People have already said some very useful things and made me think a bit deeper. Everyone's useful perspective should be respected. It might not sell tractor stuff, but it can instill goodwill that this site let everyone voice an opinion with in the rules of the forum. Some of that info is important now. This site is filled with mostly older people, that have been though a great deal in their lives. There is crazy there, and there is wisdom there: Its self monitoring as to what is crazy and what is good solid wisdom: My grandfathers, and father/mother are dead. So anyone that had a view to earlier, difficult, times is of interest: How did they cope and what did they do: They obviously survived. Its instructional to know what other people did, and how that affected what they do now. So please don't keep killing off this thread.

Not that I am worried, but living in Washington State, I have curtailed my visits to Kirkland, WA. I have customers there that will have to deal with teleconference/Skype meetings if they want to talk to me

I had hernia surgery and my MIL died in the hospital where the patients have been taken, I know the area well.

That is a ridiculous article if I ever saw one. This is the same administration that denies global warming. Remember... you brought you know who up, not me.

All it takes is for you to report an offending post so the mods can deal with it rather than replying to it, adding to the job of the mods to remove not only the offending posts, but your replies, quotes, etc... of each other. Do us a favor and report posts rather than replying to them and pouring gas on the fire.

I was at a meeting today and the other person stuck their hand out for handshake. I joked about no more handshakes due to KOVID19.

Actually kinda serious. The meeting was at a hospital :talktothehand:

I was just thinking the key of course in circumventing a pandemic would be early detection and quarantine. A litmus test...something like saliva on color changing paper reacting specifically to Corona. Then developing a vaccine is crucial.
Lots of times by adversity can bring about a positive change. Medical advances with this could lead to other illness detection and cures.
So far this seems equivalent to the common influenza, just a different type.

Thread pruned. Please continue original discussion, again...

On that note, I went back to some of my previous posts to ensure that I'm not one of the offenders.

I don't think that this is regarded as a pandemic. It seems that because COVID-19 is new, our bodies haven't had a chance to build up a defense to it. That's why it's going to be a problem for the next year or so.

I'm kind of thankful that our old people are gone but then I realized we are our old people. We do have one family member who is immune compromised. We fear for her if she gets this junk.
It feels to me like the authorities are playing a little behind but I can't tell you exactly why. I guess we will just have to ride this out. Good luck all.
