Checking In:
Another overcast foggy, drizzly day with the day’s low temperature 51ºF; the present 58ºF may be today’s high temperature. If this rain and drizzle does not end soon I may start sprouting mold on exposed body parts. I actually had a decent night’s sleep w/o too much coughing last night. No real surprises at my neurology appointment this AM. I picked up a couple of prescriptions at the pharmacy on my return home. Whatever I do this PM will probably be indoors.
BEF- From your posts of activity it is obvious that you are on themend.
Your doctor’s recommendation for more time for rehab and strength and endurance building before returning to full-time work may be in your own best interests in the long run, but I bet it was really nice to go back and visit with superiors and colleagues. It’s nice to read that your Wife met your work family.
“… I had a walk in a place I don't go very often yesterday and found some mushrooms. That's changed my plans for today, I need to get them cut - with a chainsaw. “- Eric Did you by any chance inhale any mushroom spore? Reads like something out of an old B&W “B” grade sci-fi movie.
Good luck with the chainsawing.
Paul- I am happy to read that you feel that you are back on the mend.
“… Doesn’t seem like much when you are healthy, but I can feel it.
Getting back to normal is a process, as BEF can tell you. But it beats the alternative. “- Randy At times it can be a maddening slow process. Randy I hope and pray that you continue to progress. You have too many toys you need to acquire before the dirt nap.
David- It’s good to read about your generator progress.
Drew- Our first responders need to meet more people such as yourself. I am always thanking them for their services. I get many strange looks but I receive many more thanks.
I hope that everyone is having a decent day today.
My + thoughts and prayers.
