These positioning magnets come in handy for drying off a wet T-shirt. It was a hot humid day outside today but inside the tin shed it is cool and dry, thanks to an abundance of insulation some fans and a dehumidifier.

At work, when we finished our new lab, I wanted an American flag in the room.
Mass Properties Lab for Moment of inertia, Center of Gravity, etc.
The one we bought was meant to fly from a flag pole and had reinforced grommet holes down the side. To hang it from the purlins I would have to make a hole in the flag. I could not bear to do that so I used a rare earth magnet to sandwich the "strips" corner to a small steel plate which had a hole for the appropriate cordage.
Sometimes a wet T-shirt isn't a bad thing!Evidentiary pics omitted but google it if you need clarification.

I have three Large Magnets Holding the Revolving Light and Cage on the Roof of my Loader. More than a few times a branch has moved the thing around. I have done that on other light bars too, to prevent major damage.

Kind of a weird configuration. People ask me if I carry my Gold around in that? But loaded it's about all my JD6200 can handle. Nice, because you can dive it right up on a stone fence row and dump in the middle.
Ah yes. Thanks for the memories!!
