I always mow at WOT to get the nicest cut

I’m thinking about removing the two loop skids from under rear of deck.

Owners manual says to remove them to reduce windrowing.

Two Bolt on brackets under rear of deck that acts as skids.

I’d guess 2.5” wide each

My ZD1211 throttle Cable had excessive slack not opening throttle wide open.

I adjusted cable to get WOT

IDK if SD decks have these or not ?

I looked at my deck yesterday and all I could see is the bolted on metal strip with rubber sweeper hanging down all the way across the back. I tried to feel if something like this was behind the flap on the very edge and couldn't find it. I'm thinking I'm going to remove the flap after trying machine myself (Grand used it last time) running at full throttle and evaluate results. $359 for Kubota mulching kit is a bit high but will do it if still getting that small row of cut clippings down the center.
