Ran a stick through my radiator for the 2nd time in two yrs. Need to find a new one this time. Cant repair it. Anyone know where i can get one oem or aftermarket. Thanks

It's available just super expensive. Makes me wanna run and hug my radiator in my gc1710 lolWell doesnt look good for me. Oh well. May have to bite the bullet. View attachment 612803
Its sad SMH. All the others are around $200-250.
I know you said it can稚 be repaired, but have you checked with a local radiator shop to see if it can be re-cored? Got any photos of the damage? What about a non-original radiator that might fit? Can you adapt another radiator? Any radiator roughly the same size with hose connections in the same general area?
When I had my 1705 I found parts to be hard to come by and cost more than the Deere dealer.. It was the deciding factor I didn't buy another MF..
How did a stick get into a mid mount radiator? If anything, the radiator is well protected, I would love to see how it was damaged.
Generally this happens when the tractor runs over a stick, branch or sapling in one direction and stops to change direction with the debris still bent over beneath the tractor. Pushing into a brush pile is an excellent opportunity for this kind of damage.
