Peach ice cream sounds good.

Undergoing 2nd treatment now. Noticed an improvement after the first treatment, so cant wait to see how this one goes.

I remember when i bought my first honda pilot, one dealer said they were selling over MSRP due to the popularity. I soon bought from another dealer at $100 over dealer invoive.

Farmer, was wondering if you were still at the gulf with the storm. Glad you got home safe.

Fresh peach ice cream is hard to beat. But today I'm just glad to see the weekend. Thursday morning, I left home about 6 a.m. to go to Ft. Worth and get our younger daughter and got her to her dentist at 8 a.m. to have impressions made for false teeth. That didn't take them long. Then we came to our house for awhile and had to have her back at the dentist at 12:30 p.m. They gave her a pill to take (sedative I think) and we sat in the waiting room until 1:45 p.m. when they took her back to pull all her teeth and put the new false teeth in. It was 5:45 p.m. before we got out of there and I had to take her home to Ft. Worth. There was a big wreck and fire on northbound I-35E that also caused a backup on the southbound lanes. It was after 8 p.m. by the time I got her home and then I got home. I'm getting too old for 14 hour days. Then yesterday, we went and got the daughter again and took her back to the dentist in Denton, then took her home, but at least it was a relatively easy and quick trip.

So this morning, I got up before 4 a.m. and started mowing the yard before 6 a.m. while it was relatively cool outside; low of 70 degrees this morning, but going for a high of 93. So I got the yard mowed, edged, and trimmed, blew the clippings off the driveway and walk, cleaned up the equipment and put it away, got a shower, started a load of laundry, then to Walmart to pick up a couple of prescriptions and a few grocery items, brought those home, then to Sam's Club for more groceries, and stopped at Buc-ee's for gas.

So now I just hope for a quiet afternoon the rest of the day and tomorrow.

came in at 2pm after mowing lawn for three hours, hadn't expected to have to do that, just going to do one little area and ....that last rain really made the lawn
jump. Thermometer says 99, feels like a lot more than that, heat alert just raised.

Apples on a number of trees, small, green, turning red in spots, not ready yet, but one poor apple left on this small tree, so I picked it.
It was ugly, small and had all kinds of blemishes on it. But when I bit into it, sweet juice burst out and I just laughed, it was a good one!

I may be picking my pears early tomorrow. Squirrels have already carted off half the crop.
Pears are still too hard, witnessed by one branch thumping me in the head while mowing today with two rock hard pears.
Am thinking that slap up against the side of my head was the tree's way of saying pick me! ;)

69°F and no rain. Looks like another great mowing day. Really liking the LS XR4140 and the extra hp. Bogged down a couple times yesterday but never to point of stalling, just eased up on the forward pedal and it recovered nicely.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Glad to hear your happy with your LS David. I was very pleased with my previous LS XR4046HC and even more so with the XR4155HC.

I've never been able to bog it down, in deep grass, with my Woods 6' rotary cutter or LS 84" rear finish mower.

I'm still looking into flail mowers with hydraulic side shift. I think I've settled on the Woodmaxx line. I've got plenty of power for the FM-78H (30 PTO HP) but trying to decide if I should gamble on the FM-88H. It requires 50 PTO HP and I'm at 44 PTO HP. I won't be voting anything but grass as I've got the Woods Cutter for deep stuff. I also have the big New Holland and Bush Hog 3008 cutter.
